I'm having difficulty with the web site, who do I contact?
Who is allowed to register on the site?
Only property owners and residents of the Fairfield Farms community are permitted to register on the web site. This policy in intended to protect the information of residents and that is not necessary for public view. The purpose of this site is to communicate with the residents, not the general public.
I'm with a title company and need to contact the board about a property. How do I do this?
Please click the link and fill out a Home Owners Association (HOA) letter request. The request will be sent by email to the FFPOA Board of Directors. The Treasurer, or another responsible board member, will send a response as soon as possible.
